questions & answers

Everything you need to know for wedding weekend

Can I RSVP online? What date should I RSVP by?
We invite you to RSVP at the link below. Please RSVP by January 1st, 2027!
What is the address of the ceremony and reception venue?
The ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue! White Iron Ridge, 815 State Route 92 Highway, Smithville, Missouri 64089.
Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Yes! There is a large parking lot next to the venue reserved for guests.
What's the dress code for your wedding?
Semi-formal attire. We suggest men wear a dress shirt and women wear a knee- to floor -length dress or dressy separates.
Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
As much as we love your kiddos, we unfortunately aren’t able to accommodate children at the wedding due to limited space. Unless your invitation specifically includes your children, we hope you’ll enjoy a little parents’ night out!
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
We will strive to accommodate dietary restrictions as best as possible. There will be allergen-friendly options!
Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?
You can find our complete wedding registry on Zola! The button below will take you right there. Thank you for loving us so well and helping to provide for our first home together!
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time (still tbd!). We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to park, walk to the ceremony space, and find a seat.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We kindly ask that you keep the ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at that time. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day.
